re you dissatisfied with how the country is being run? Think politics as usual is the bane of the American Dream? Tired of Washington insiders running the country like an ATM machine?

Ready for a change? Put an artist in the White House!

What this country needs right now are some new ideas and we artists got those in spades. Original, unexpected ideas are our forte, our stock-in-trade. If you are looking for new and innovative solutions to intractable problems, artists are your guys. Click the Why an Artist? button for an explanation of why we're so great, so essential to society, why we should pampered, worshipped, kowtowed to, and spoiled. *The three worst economic disasters of the past century took place under "businessman Presidents": the Great Depression under Herbert Hoover, the Great Recessioin (more accurately, the Depression of 2008), under Bush₂,and the near miss COVID meltdown of 2020, avoided only by a massive infusion of inflationary spending into the economy. Under businessman peanut farmer Jimmy Carter (he became he shoo-in- Democratic candidate simply by billing himeself as a mderate when all the other canddiates ran as liberals), the US experienced "Stagflation," the worst of both worlds economically.

If the country really were run  like a business, the President would call the governors of West Virginia, Mississippi and Alabama into the Oval Office and tell them, "I'm sorry but your states are not performing to expectations. I'm afraid we're going to have to let you go."
